costs largely depends on these factors:

1) what service(s) you need

2) how quickly you need them

the more complex and/or creative the service, the more time and skills are needed to create the magic. ✨

expedited turnaround times incur higher fees.

tight deadlines aren’t a problem.

we prioritize projects according to clients’ deadlines.

some clients need their weekly podcast edited and published within 24 hrs. or less, while an original film score can take weeks or more (deadline permitting).

yes, we offer refunds.

occasionally a creative partnership might not be a great fit, and that's okay. below are our available refunds to you help if this scenario occurs

for standard projects:

clients are eligible for a full refund if

1) for some reason no deliverables have been sent to the client within 30 days of their first payment and

2) they give written notice via email or the contact form of their intent to terminate their current project(s) or service(s) with neon siren studios.

clients who wish to terminate their current project(s) or service(s) with neon siren studios may receive up to a 50% refund if

1) they give written notice via email or the contact form and

2) do so within 14 days of receiving their first deliverable(s).

for expedited projects:

neon siren studios offers a money-back guarantee for all expedited projects.

clients are eligible for a full refund if

1) expected deliverables were not sent within the timeframe agreed upon and

2) the client was responsive with feedback within the timeframe agreed upon.

neon siren studios will not be held responsible for

1) any communication delays on behalf of the client or

2) subsequent outcomes due to an unresponsive client.
